Construction Services
Manufactured (Mobile) House Retrofit, (existing construction), repair services are as follows:
A. Retrofit repairs are subject to non-conforming site inspection standards as outlined in initial
"Certification Report".
B. Upon retrofit work completion a final "Certification Report" shall be submitted to the property
owner and financing mortgage company.
C. The final Certification Report shall be prepared by a licensed professional engineer in the state of
Texas, with an invoice submitted to the property owner and the financing mortgage company.
D. Construction fee for the retrofit work and final "Certification Report" shall be site specific with
payment through credit card or at closing.

1. Texas Department of Licensing And regulations, Industrialized Housing & Buildings, through IHB
TB 08 - 01, Foundation System Designs
2. 2021 IRC, Section Chapter 4 or the latest edition
B. Foundation design shall be prepared by a licensed professional engineer in the state of Texas.
C. Construction fee for the design and site work shall be $12,000.00 min
Conventional House Foundation, (new construction), installations are as follows:

B. Foundation design shall be prepared by a licensed professional engineer in the state of Texas.
C. Construction fee for the design and site work shall be site specific.
